Upper Limb Neurodynamic Test (Ulnar Nerve)

A good video about the neurodynamic test for ulnar nerve. It is different from what we learnt in the practical but it is similar to Petty's textbook. It also demonstrates clear steps of adding component in the test rather than the combined one we learnt before.

Steps:
- Shoulder decompression (video) / Shoulder stabilisation (Petty's version)
- wrist and fingers extension
- shoulder abduction
- forearm pronation
- elbow flexion
- lateral rotation of shoulder
- further shoulder abduction

I think it is easier to perform the one we have learnt before, but for this one we can talk to the examiner what components we are adding in a more systemic way.
